Q: May I get a refund? 

A: Once payment is processed, refunds are not permitted. 

Q: How do I attend class? 

A: All classes are conducted via Zoom.  Once registered, you will receive a Zoom link to attend class.  You will use the same link throughout the semester. 

Q: Do you teach any other language besides English? 

A: At the present time, we only teach English. 

Q: Can my friend or family member attend class with me? 

A: Only the person who registered for the class, is allowed to attend.
